How to book:

Booking with our system is simple and convenient. Simply visit our website at tourmix.tours and browse our selection of itineraries. Once you have selected your destinations and desired hotels, follow the instructions and menu items in the booking process to complete your booking. During the booking process you will be navigated through information fields. If you have any questions or need help, simply send us an email to info.tourmix@gmail.com. We will then get in touch with you.
Absolutely! Tourmix specializes in creating personalized travel experiences. If you have specific preferences or interests, you can flexibly integrate them into your island-hopping or round-trip journey. If you encounter any issues or have questions while planning your tour, you can book a free consultation with one of our experts to discuss and coordinate your trip together.
Tourmix accepts VISA and MASTERCARD credit cards through the "Pay per Link" billing method. Additionally, you can pay via bank transfer or PayPal. Please note: We only accept payments after issuing the legally required EU insolvency protection certificate. No sensitive payment information will be requested beforehand to ensure your security.
Transparency is key at Tourmix. We place great importance on clearly presenting all costs associated with your booking, ensuring there are no hidden fees or surprises. The price you see at the end, before submitting your booking, is the price you pay – with no additional costs unless explicitly stated. The price of the tour can, however, be increased retrospectively by a maximum of 8% of the tour price, but only if it is clearly defined in advance how the new price is calculated. The reasons for such an increase must be clearly documented and communicated to the customer. This typically applies to subsequent surcharges for air transportation, ferries, rental cars, or similar services.
Although we are your main point of contact, our service consists of modular trips with individual services from different travel providers. For hotel prices, we choose "flexible rates", which can often be rebooked free of charge up to one week before departure. The "non-refundable rates" are slightly cheaper but should only be booked if you already have travel cancellation insurance or are willing to take a risk. Ferries and transfers can generally be rebooked up to about 4 weeks before departure. Unfortunately, flights that have already been booked are not rebookable. When selecting room categories and price rates, you are free to choose according to your preferences.
Travel health insurance or trip cancellation insurance is not included with your booking. However, we strongly recommend obtaining one of these insurances, or a combination of both, to protect yourself against unforeseen circumstances such as illness, accidents, or cancellations. Once we upload your travel confirmation to your account, you will receive an email notification from us with a link to our insurance partner. This link allows you to review insurance rates online and, if everything fits your needs, complete the booking process online as well. Payment processing will take place directly between you and Würzburger Versicherung, a Germany-based insurance provider that has been independently recognized for many years as the best in the industry.
In general, the upcoming travel year can usually be booked starting from mid-October or early November. We recommend booking your tour with Tourmix as far in advance as possible to secure your preferred early bird prices, dates, and accommodations. Popular tours tend to fill up quickly, especially during peak travel seasons, so early booking ensures availability and peace of mind.
While we recommend booking in advance to guarantee availability, last-minute bookings may be possible depending on availability and tour logistics. As soon as all the individual services of a tour are fully bookable online on our homepage, they can be booked up to 10 days before departure. Payment can then only be made by credit card.

We are available Monday through Friday between 10:00-13:00 and 15:00-18:00 (Central European Time - Berlin). For assistance during your trip, you will receive our WhatsApp number with your travel documents. This number is exclusively for sending pictures or written messages. Calls to this number cannot be accepted due to logistical reasons. In urgent cases, you can send us a message daily between 09:00 and 20:00 (Central European Time - Berlin). If necessary, we will gladly call you back.

Additional information: With the booking confirmation, Tourmix uploads free travel guides to your customer account or provides links to regional information centers to help you plan your trip. Yes, Tourmix offers its customers the option of integrating various additional activities and excursions when creating a tour online to enrich the travel experience. Whether guided hikes, boat trips to remote beaches, or culinary workshops – everything can be customized according to individual wishes. During the booking process, you can view and select available activities for many regions, allowing you to tailor your trip to your interests. Additionally, activities can also be booked on-site through our platform. However, please note that due to the short notice, direct contact with the provider is often necessary to confirm availability. Tourmix ensures that all bookings are seamlessly managed through a single platform, making the planning and organization of your trip especially convenient. With Tourmix, you can flexibly design your trip and enhance it with additional activities to create an unforgettable experience.
Tourmix values customer loyalty and offers discounts for group bookings as well as very often for repeat customers as a token of appreciation for choosing us for your travel needs. Group bookings benefit from special discounts tailored to the number of travelers, making larger group trips more attractive. Please note that the minimum number of participants for groups is 10 adults. With these discounts and benefits, Tourmix aims to ensure that your trip is not only personalized but also cost-efficient.
We understand that plans may change, and we strive to accommodate your needs to the best of our ability. Changes to bookings may be possible after confirmation, depending on availability and the specific terms and conditions of your booking. If rebooking fees apply, you will be informed in advance by phone, by email, or in writing. Please contact our team by email for assistance with any modifications or specific requests.
When you book a tour with us, we will need some basic information from you, including your names as shown on your ID or Passport, dates of birth, nationality, contact information, and any special requests or requirements you may have. Rest assured that your information will be kept confidential and will only be used to facilitate your travel arrangements, in accordance with EU data protection regulations.

Securities:

In case of an emergency or sudden changes, you can also contact us via our WhatsApp number, which was provided to you by email when your travel documents were uploaded to your account. In very urgent cases, especially health-related incidents, please immediately inform the reception or the landlord of your accommodation, or contact the local police. Of course, you should also inform us by email or phone. Please note that we use WhatsApp only for urgent matters. Alternatively, you can send us an email at info@tourmix.tours, and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Note: Please ensure that you only respond to messages from our official number to protect yourself from potential fraud.
Don't worry! The weather, especially between islands, can be unpredictable. The advantage of booking a tour with us is that we work with you to quickly find a solution to the problem, take care of the arrangements, and provide you with advice and support so that you don’t have to worry too much. In the case of ferry schedule cancellations, we are usually informed in advance and will contact you promptly to coordinate the necessary steps. If such a situation occurs, please contact us as soon as possible by email at info@tourmix.tours or via WhatsApp using the number provided in your travel documents. We will assist you in making alternative arrangements and ensure your travel plans are adjusted smoothly. Note: In such cases, the policies of the respective provider (e.g., hotel, airline, or ferry company) will apply. Weather-related cancellations or delays are often considered "extraordinary circumstances," which generally means no entitlement to compensation. However, we will assist you with rebooking or any necessary steps. To date, we have successfully arranged the best possible solutions between the respective hotels and ferry companies for our customers in 90% of cases.
Protecting your privacy and personal information is important to us. We use industry-standard reservation software with encryption protocols for online bookings to protect your information from unauthorized access or misuse. We also never request credit card details via email. These payments are securely processed through Pay per Link.
Absolutely. Our reviews on Google, Facebook, and the feedback we receive directly via email reflect our efforts to only offer accommodations in our system that have caused no issues or negative feedback from our customers. However, ownership and management of accommodations can sometimes change, and although we strive to stay informed, it’s not always possible to know immediately during the current sales season. To address this, we don’t wait for customer feedback upon their return but proactively reach out to them after their trip, asking for a short report. If we receive feedback indicating the accommodation no longer meets our standards, we issue a warning to the provider and terminate the partnership in case of repeated issues. This is why your feedback is very important to us.
We highly value feedback from our travelers, as it helps us continuously improve and enhance our services. If you have any concerns or feedback during or after your trip, please don’t hesitate to contact us. Important: We recommend that you first address your concerns directly at the source, such as speaking to the hotel reception for accommodation-related issues or contacting the airline or airport counter for flight-related matters. However, in urgent cases, we kindly ask you to contact us directly via WhatsApp. We take all feedback seriously and strive to resolve any issues promptly and effectively to ensure your satisfaction and improve the overall travel experience for future guests.
Absolutely. Tourmix places the highest priority on the safety and security of our customers' financial investments. We comply with EU regulations that require travel providers offering tailor-made trips to provide the EU financial protection certificate (Sicherungsschein) for customer funds. This ensures peace of mind and confidence when booking with us.
Of course. We use industry-standard reservation systems with encryption protocols, as well as payment systems for credit cards through "Pay per Link" processing, bank transfers, and PayPal. This ensures we do everything possible on our end to protect your financial information and guarantee that transactions are processed securely and reliably.
